How can we help you:

Driven by a desire to make a difference
At Anenta, we are driven by the belief that we can make a significant, positive difference to healthcare businesses of all sizes through the enhanced management of existing and new waste disposal contracts and services.
Since 2014 we’ve been delivering just that, working with waste producers and waste collectors to improve service and bring better value.

Saving money and man hours
Through our work, we’ve played a pivotal role in cutting clients costs. We’ve saved organisations in the healthcare sector millions of pounds. We’ve also been instrumental in the implementation of innovative solutions, streamlining processes that have saved customers many thousands of man hours.
Much of this has been made possible through investment in our advanced, proprietary contract and waste management platform, which tracks every aspect of healthcare waste contracts, ensuring that service levels are maintained and that clients are only charged for the services they use.
By managing the relationship between waste producers and waste collection providers, we take the hassle out of healthcare waste.

Innovative waste management services
We focus on enhancing compliance and efficiency, adopting a customer-focused, data-driven approach that delivers solutions tailored to your unique needs.
Encompassing everything from audits to overseeing the management of your waste collection, treatment and disposal, we identify areas where meaningful improvements – based on your waste profile – can be made for the benefit of your business.

Holistic solutions for your benefit
From managing waste disposal services through to delivering smart training and compliance guidance, our holistic approach sets us apart in the sector.
Whether it’s streamlining your healthcare waste services, helping you to onboard new contracts, controlling finance, assisting you with Duty of Care or Pre-acceptance Audits, we enhance efficiencies for you at every level.
In so doing, we save you time, money, and hassle. We also play a key part in reducing your impact on the environment by building a better understanding the waste hierarchy and segregation within your business, helping to enhance sustainability and cut your costs.

How we use innovation to make your job easier
Each day, our advanced contract management platform tracks and analyses thousands of waste collections, checking against contracts to ensure that the correct level of service has been delivered. We analyse invoices, ensure that these match with the service delivered, and challenge any irregularities or instances of possible overbilling.
Only when we’re entirely satisfied with the service delivered to you, will we approve invoices for your payment. This means that you can rest easy, safe in the knowledge that we have your back and our finger firmly on the pulse of the services that you receive, day-in and day-out.
Our responsive team are on hand to manage your queries as and when they arise – usually within just 15 minutes! We take the strain so that you don’t have to, liaising with waste vendors to enhance efficiencies, address issues, and arrange additional services as and when required.
This approach, combined with our detailed data analysis, provides total transparency both to you and your waste collection providers. This helps us to identify areas where we can help vendors streamline their operations and improve their service. It also allows us to pinpoint better ways of working together. It’s a collaborative approach that sets us apart, removing confusion, eliminating waste from waste care management, and delivering a win-win relationship for all.
It’s helped us deliver over £13m of direct savings to clients, alongside over £33m of indirect savings through enhanced efficiencies, service quality, and accountability.

Working on behalf of the healthcare sector, representing your interests
Over the years our senior team has worked closely with government departments to help inform policy relating to healthcare waste.
Our independent status has allowed us to represent the best interests of the sector.
In this advisory role, we have addressed many of the issues facing healthcare waste producers and vendors. This has allowed us to put forward practical solutions designed to reduce unnecessary burden on waste producers. It has also allowed us to have an influence on legislation, regulation, waste protocols and compliance, and waste management in the context of sustainability and the environment.
Keeping us informed, we see this advisory role as helpful to our clients, enabling us to represent your interests and keep you compliant at every level.

Innovating solutions that save you time and money
Built around technology that’s designed to simplify the management of healthcare waste, our focus has always been on delivering smart solutions that save you, our clients, time and money.
Among the many initiatives introduced is our clinical waste Pre-Acceptance Audit, and our Duty of Care self-audit solution. Created at the height of Covid-19 these solutions have helped to do away with on-site audits. Importantly, it has led to a dramatic fall in the amount of time required by you to fulfil compulsory Pre-Acceptance Audits, which you must have in place if hazardous waste including healthcare items is to be legally removed from site.
Pre-populating much of the detail from our advanced contract waste management platform, Vector, our clinical waste Pre-Acceptance Audit cuts the time taken for you to complete a Pre-Acceptance Audit from over 27 hours to just 30 minutes. Used in combination with our Duty of Care self-audit solution, the typical time taken to complete both audits falls from six days to just 40 minutes.
By streamlining and standardising the process, we turn a time-onerous process into a simple one.
